Biography

John Samorian has been a professional musician for over 30 years (he’s older than he looks). John received his bachelor’s degree in Jazz education from the University of North Texas, and his Jazz Performance Masters degree from the University of South Florida. He has performed with such notable groups as Blood, Sweat, and Tears as well as his own groups throughout Europe and Asia, and in every state of the Union except Alaska, Idaho, and Montana, but he’ll get there before he’s done.

John is married to the singer/actress Kim Shriver. They live in Illinois with their daughter, Emma Joy.
